ART

Follow the steps below to gain access to the Community as an ART administrator:

  1. Add an assignment (individual or group) and assign the course – Get Access to ART Support Resources in the HealthStream Community– to the necessary team members.

  • If you also need access, remember to include yourself!

  • Have the assigned team members complete the course.

  • Once completed, give the system some time to process and have them check back in later to confirm access.


  • REMEMBER:
    Access to ART Exclusive Content should only be distributed on a need-to-know basis. Please be mindful of who and how many team members you are assigning access to while utilizing this process.

    CloudCME

    Follow the steps below to get access to the Community as a CloudCME administrator:

    1. Login to CloudCME as an Administrator

    2. Click on the Help tab then the View Help Documentation tab in CloudCME's navigation menu as seen below:

    4. You'll then be redirected to the community and have access to all of your product-based support documentation

    ComplyQ

    As a ComplyQ Administrator, you may require access to both the Community itself and additional exclusive content (such as StoryBoards). To grant yourself full access, follow the steps below as they pertain to your specific ComplyQ Bundle:

    1. Add an assignment (individual or group) and assign the course shown below that is available in your system both yourself and your necessary team members:

      • Community Access - Exclusive Content - ComplyQ (Admin Only)

      • Community Access - Exclusive Content - ComplyQ - Preventing Sexual Harassment (Admin Only)

      • Community Access - Exclusive Content - ComplyQ - HIPAA (Admin Only)

    2. Have the assigned team members complete the course.

    3. Once completed, give the system time to process and have them check back in later to confirm their access.

    REMEMBER: Access to Community should be limited to HealthStream Administrators and select others on a need-to-know basis. Please be mindful of who and how many team members you are assigning access to while utilizing this process.

    Health Equity & Belonging
    (Stream Together Community)

    Stream Together is an online community reserved as a client benefit designed and curated exclusively for health equity and belonging administrators, leaders, and decision-makers within your organization.

    While either of these workflows are sufficient, we recommend using both the Student Group and Course Completion steps below to gain/grant access to the Stream Together Community:

    Student Group
    1. Click on the People tab and under Student Group Management, click the Manage Student Groups link.

    2. Search for the Community Access – Stream Together student group, ensuring that Hidden Button isselected for Student Group Visibility.

    3. Click on the link in the Search results.

    4. Click the Add More Students button and type in the User's Name or User ID and click Search.

    5. Check the box to select the User, then click Save.

    6. Click Save again on the View Students: Community Access - Stream Together page.


    Course Completion
    1. Add an assignment (individual or group) and assign the course –Access to Stream Together: A Health Equity and Belonging Community– to the necessary team members.

    • If you also need access, remember to include yourself!

  • Have the assigned team members complete the course.

  • Once completed, give the system some time to process and have them check back in later to confirm their access.

  • Navigate to your My Communities page under the Communities tab and select Stream Together

  • Note:
    This workflow only provisions access to the Stream Together Community. If you need access the Primary Support Community, please follow the Community access steps associated with your other product(s).

    Jane AI

    Follow the steps below to get access to the Community as a Jane AI administrator:

    1. Login to Jane AI as an Administrator

    2. Click on the Community tab in Jane AI's navigation menu as seen below:

    3. Sign in using your hStream ID or create one if you have not done so previously

    4. You'll then be redirected to the community and have access to all of your product-based support documentation

    myClinicalExchange

    Follow the steps below to gain access to the Community as a myClinicalExchange administrator:

    1. Login to myClinicalExchange as an Administrator

    2. Click on the Community icon in the myClinicalExchange navigation menu as seen below:Join the HealthStream Community! (2)

    3. Sign in using your hStream ID or create one if you have not done so previously

    4. You'll then be redirected to the community and have access to all of your product-based support documentation

    Nurse Residency

    Community of Practice

    Access to the Nurse Residency Community of Practice (NRCOP) is restricted only to those who have purchased the Nurse Residency Program. To get access, you will need to assign yourself and complete the - NRSRES Get Access to the Nurse Residency Community of Practice -course.

    REMEMBER:Access to the Nurse Residency Community of Practice should only be given to Nurse Residency Program Facilitators.


    Private Nurse Resident Community

    Access to your organization's Private Nurse Resident Community is granted through student group integration. To grant or remove you and your residents' access, simply add or remove individuals from your designated Private Nurse Resident Community student group and have them access the Private Community through the HLC Apps Drawer in your Nurse Residency Node.

    REMEMBER:Access to your organization's Private Nurse Resident Community should only be given to Nurse Residents and Program Facilitators.


    Note: These workflows only provisions access to the Nurse Residency Community of Practice and Private Communities. If you need access the Primary Support Community, please follow the Community access steps associated with your other product(s).

    Policy Manager

    Follow the steps below to gain access to the Community as a Policy Manager administrator:

    1. Login to Policy Manager as an Administrator

    2. Click on the Community icon in the Policy Manager navigation menu as seen below:Join the HealthStream Community! (3)

    3. Sign in using your hStream ID or create one if you have not done so previously

    4. You'll then be redirected to the community and have access to all of your product-based support documentation

    Preceptor Development

    Follow the steps below to gain access to the Community as a Preceptor Development administrator:

    1. Add an assignment (individual or group) and assign the course – PRECDVGet Access to Preceptor Development Exclusive Content– to the necessary team members.

    • If you also need access, remember to include yourself!

  • Have the assigned team members complete the course.

  • Once completed, give the system some time to process and have them check back in later to confirm their access.


  • REMEMBER:
    Access to Preceptor Development Exclusive Content should only be distributed on a need-to-know basis. Please be mindful of who and how many team members you are assigning access to while utilizing this process.

    NOTE: If your facility has purchased Preceptor Development as part of the Nurse Residency Bundle,you will not complete this course to get access. Instead, you will complete the"NRSRES Get Access to the Nurse Residency Community of Practice"course to keep access to Preceptor and Nurse Residency.

    Quality Manager (abaqis)

    If you are an administrator of the Quality Manager (abaqis®) product, follow the steps below to gain access to the HealthStream Community:

    1. Navigate to theHealthStream Academy Login Page

      Join the HealthStream Community! (4)

      1. If you need assistance logging in, click into the "Instructions" tab and follow the steps outlined.
    2. Once you are logged in, navigate to your “To Do” tab and complete the assigned learning on that page titled “Get Access to [Product] Support Resources in the HealthStream Community”

      1. This course will guide you through the process of creating an hStream ID, which will allow you to access the Community.

      2. If you have NOT already completed this course and it is NOT LISTED on your HealthStream Academy To Do page, navigate to the Catalog tab and self-enroll.

    3. After you've completed these steps, you will be able to access the HealthStream Community utilizing your hStream ID as your login.

    SafetyQ

    As a SafetyQ Administrator, you may require access to both the Community itself and additional exclusive content (such as StoryBoards) for your product. To grant your access to both, follow the steps listed below:

    1. Add an assignment (individual or group) and assign the course –Community Access to SafetyQ Exclusive Content (FOR ADMINISTRATOR USE ONLY)– to the necessary team members.

      • If you also need access, remember to include yourself!

    2. Have the assigned team members complete the course.

    3. Once completed, give the system time to process and have them check back in later to confirm their access.

    REMEMBER: Access to Community should be limited to HealthStream Administrators and select others on a need-to-know basis. Please be mindful of who and how many team members you are assigning access to while utilizing this process.
